Scheduling a Session:
Please call for more information, or to schedule an appointment.
Sessions generally last anywhere from 1 hour, to 1.25 hours or 1.5 hours, according to your preference. Sometimes, depending upon your goals, we can accomplish a lot more with an extra 10 or 15 minutes and I may recommend a longer session length.
You will need to schedule your session in advance. I am available for sessions weekday days and evenings during the week. On rare occasions, it may be possible to schedule a session on a Saturday. Please either call, and leave a voice message with the best number and times to reach you, or you can email this information to me. If you provide me with an email address, I can email you my health questionnaire so that you can fill it out in advance and bring it with you to your appointment. I can also fax my health questionnaire if that is preferable.
Please be aware of our firm 24-hour cancellation policy:
A $35.00 fee may be assessed for last minute cancellations.
No-Show Policy: There is a fee in the amount of the session scheduled for all no-shows.
